That doesn't sound right! I'd be happy to assist. When a problem occurs, you can shake your device to bring up our Logbook screen. From there you can inspect the details of what's happening and perhaps glean some information on what's going wrong. You can also copy the logs and email them to me if you'd like me to take a closer look. The more you can share the better, such as, what's the situation before the problem occurs? What are the steps you're taking to create the problem, which steps work well (including every button you press)? Perhaps you can share a screenshot of the issue?
