Would you mind sharing some more details for context? Does it happen after you sign out of your user? When you scroll to reveal a particular site? Always when you sign in? Only sometimes? Do you notice anything wrong with any sites? Any issues other than the message?

Is it possible that you'd used the "Device Password" type for some of your sites in Master Password?
