The Spectre algorithm has support for the 2-factor TOTP authentication method. However, most websites do not allow users to specify their TOTP key, rather they generate a TOTP key and ask the user to download it via a QR code or encoded string and import it into their 2-fa application.
Since Spectre is intended as a stateless authenticator, it does not support the traditional method of saving a site-generated 2-fa key. To use Spectre's TOTP codes with a site, you would need the site to allow installation of a Spectre-generated TOTP key.
As most sites regrettably do not allow this, the Spectre iOS application has not surfaced 2-fa capability from algorithm via its user interface.
